I use Sfaricom Mobile Broadband and I want to make calls. Is it possible? How?

Safaricom Mobile Broadband is a USB device which allows you to connect to Internet wirelessly using carrier’s Internet through a SIM card. Although a SIM card used has its own number, you cannot use that number to call to mobile or landlines. Its main purpose is to deliver network signal to the USB device then the USB device transforms the signal into actual Internet data streaming.
